Shipping & Returns
Orders received between Monday - Friday must be placed by 10am PST to begin processing the same day. These orders are typically processed within 2 business days from order confirmation. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping for your order.
If a tracking# is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Once orders have left the IBY Beauty warehouse, the package is in the care of the postal handler. At this point, IBY Beauty no longer makes any adjustments regarding to the package.
- USPS, Fedex AND UPS recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time, except in the case of damaged or defective products. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at email@example.com with your order number and the items that are damaged or defective and obtain a Return Authorization #.
- We will not process any returns without the Return Authorization #.
2. Package your return item(s) in a well-padded package to prevent damage in transit.

- We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
4. Include in your package a printed copy of your email from our Returns Department.
5. Please also write your RA# on the outside of your package before mailing.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you change your mind about your order please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org. As long as your items have not shipped, we are able to cancel items or orders.
